We’re excited to welcome you to our dental family! Whether you’re new to the area or just looking for a fresh start with your oral health, we’re here to make your first visit smooth, comfortable, and personalized to your needs.
At your initial appointment, we’ll take the time to understand your dental history, listen to your concerns, and perform a comprehensive exam. From there, we’ll create a custom treatment plan designed to support your long-term oral health goals.

We do our best to accommodate your scheduling needs and see you as quickly as possible—especially if you’re experiencing pain or a dental emergency.
Because Dr. Collins offers a wide range of services, some appointments may take longer than expected. Emergencies can also occasionally affect our schedule. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to give each patient the time and attention they deserve.

Please note: Payment is due at the time of service.
As a courtesy, we’ll submit insurance claims on your behalf and help track them. While we do our best to estimate costs, you are ultimately responsible for any fees not covered by insurance. Most claims are processed within 4–6 weeks. Be sure to notify us if your insurance changes so we can keep your account up to date.
